I understand your frustration.

This is very frustrating given that I was under the impression that I could just roll the entire retirement balances over to a IRA and then have complete control to invest that money into properties. 

So i wouldn't say it is a bad story yet but it is a bit frustrating.

They are functional while frustrating. 

I was frustrated interviewing professionals to find out I often knew more than they did (specific to real estate) only because I am always reading and continuing to learn my trade to the best of my ability.

I'm a rookie in whole selling , I only have the knowledge that social media has and I think I understand how it works but have no idea of where to start or how its pretty frustrating not being able to provide for my family the way I want to and I could really use some advice or maybe tutoring in this subject, I just turned 20 and I want to have a good life in this economy I could really use any advice thank you so much.

This was extremely frustrating since he charges a pretty penny for closings.Based off my experience I would not recommend him for a 1031 transaction.
