Hello to the amazing bigger pockets community, I am a investor seeking friendship connections in the Cincinnati Ohio area.

We have monthly meet ups that are full of energy, friendship and mentoring!!

A few that  I am talking to right now are former customers (I am in construction and have lots of customers who are high net worth individuals AND have an established friendship/trusting relationship with.

All this knowledge, expertise, wisdom, and friendships.

You can leverage family and friendships (willing) to assist in research on city, schools, markets, etc. 

Business relationships have ended a whole lot of great friendships.

That is a recipe for a ruined friendship if something does not go as expected with rent payments, repairs, etc.

@Kyrstin Szewczyk first of all this is the best way to ruin a friendship so tread lightly and get everything in writing and make sure you all understand your duties and you are all on the SAME page and have the SAME expectations.
