Conventional financing for fractional ownership---who is gone mainstream with this type of financing?

They come to realize  fractional ownership in a semi-active project with far less control is not as advantageous and eliminates the ability to build the more personal and meaningful relationships with lenders that comes with going through the more natural progression of growing a portfolio and business. 

For example let's say you have an older home with plaster walls, your contractor will replace them with drywall at a fraction of the cost but the insurance covers the cost to replace with plaster which could be thousands of dollars more.

The tenant pool is definitely cut to a fraction and many applicants you can find all have different lease time frames.

The homeowner's policy requires us to rent it for a minimum of 30 days and stay in it a minimum 1 night/year which should not be a problem.Both of these are a fraction of the ridiculous quote I got from Proper and much less than Steadily's quote so I am planning to go with State Farm.

If more investors spend a fraction of the time and energy spent worrying about asset protection and do the things on a daily basis that prevents liability exposure, plaintiffs attorneys won’t eat as well. 

I see it WAY too often person who got a property, analysis based on STR revenues, found out they suck at hosting, revenues are never what expected, feels like work, and than when try to shift to standard rental there deep in the red because standard rents are a fraction of that hopeium STR revenue, but there "stuck" with a property, a mortgage bill, and are than searching to break even or paying $ to get rid of property......

It’s outsourcing the job to someone else - the independent contractor-  who gets paid a fraction of what is being paid to Onerent.

Makes me think the 7.00% with a points (it was a fraction of a point, but still) is the anomoly and I can do better.
