I found that Air BNB and Booking.com were the best platforms for finding and managing guests for short term stays and that furnished finder worked well for mid term rentals.

For mid-term specifically this is probably more of an issue because it will take time to get those additional reviews and recover.  1 review every 3-4 months if they leave one.
