Personally, I enjoy self-managing and screening is my favorite thing, so I'm not in the market for PM services, but a lot of my clients that I work with and other fellow investors would be interested in it.

They are one of my favorite tools. 

Stessa is a great option, but Baselane is my current personal favorite, partly because it doesn't require that you use a special bank account for rent collection like Stessa does. 

Think of your favorite contractors, doctors, restaurants and so on.

They could tell you the Swiss alps, New York, Australia, Japan, or my favorite, Costa Rica.
