I think each vintage of house has its own quirks.  

One unit was leased to a vintage clothing store. 

Not jewelry, Computers, Guns, iPhone's, Dental Services, ….. just shipping and paper services.Now, one half of the building will be empty in about 40 days, so there will be a totally empty 1000 sq. ft. very nice open room / office available.

Very dark inside I will add natural lighting upstairs with sky tunnels.I will offer lower after 153 days on the market the price is still high and pay like 20% down to operate on breakeven basis.I do not anticipate homes of this vintage or neighborhood homes to appreciate much.

Was able to step foot in 100's of homes, from track home developments, to restorations on some vintage houses, to full on multimillion dollar estates.

All of the photos seem to show (what looks to me like) granite or quartz countertops, wood or tile floors, and replacement cabinets (except for one, which had nicely refinished  vintage (mid-century) cabinets.

one of the biggest mistakes people make is CC instead of BCC.. its one of the faux pa that Morris invest did.. someone sent out an email and CC instead of BCC and then all the investors knew how to contact each other and then it was on.. it was..

If someone is imagining that there is an additional room to sleep in that isn't pictured they have only themselves to blame.The kitchen is 70's with harvest gold perfectly preserved countertops, there is faux wood paneling in every room including the bathrooms.

And, gold is sold in for jewelry, but in if the economy goes bad, people don't buy jewelry.
