@Nathan Grubb My box stores don’t carry any type of coil stoves anymore other than the cheapest of the cheap 2 burner apartment stoves.

If my kitty was fat enough, I'd take 5% any day and throw my laptop and iPhone in the trash, sleep till 10am and play guitar with my amigo's haha

The reviews were a joke and were probably because people didn't mind the issues when they were paying so cheap (we weren't paying so cheap but were traveling with our dog). 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were broken (I fixed one of them myself).

We believe it is best for you to find a unit that is a better fit.Last, get a google voice number or a burner phone and have your tenants text you only or as much as possible.
