. - AOA Debt Reporting Service: letter sent w 120 days to pay (with credit bureau reporting) after which it rolls over contingency plan with collection agency getting 38%.I know I would not want the task for what they charge.

So either you pay for the repair out of the idle cash in your account, file an insurance claim and use those funds, or rollover/transfer funds from another retirement account to cover the cost.

What would I need to do to structure the note in order to have a note buyer come in and buy the note or buy a partial enough to pay off the 215k at closing and still have some difference coming to me or the note revert back to me after the partial was paid for.
