That's missing the forest for the trees, but you do need to manage cash flow because if you're buying conventional you'll come across DTI issues soon and if you're buying nonQM it needs to be 1:1 ratio at minimum to be qualified without unfavorable terms.

It's weird, and I may be barking up the wrong tree, but here goes:From my own hands-on vantage point, I've also noticed something else from the accumulating evidence of the kinds of houses I keep on seeing here as Indy MI properties: the bulk of the single-families and the duplexes seem to be one-story bungalows with low-slope, typically hipped roofs.
