I would strongly urge you if you have time to read or listen to Real Estate by the Numbers by Dave Meyer & J Scott because they do a great job of explaining the various numbers and metrics used to make decisions in real estate, it has helped me reframe financial and real estate decisions because I understand the concepts and feel more empowered because of that understanding.The two factors in your decision here are financial and (maybe more importantly) emotional.

What is needed to Increase the number of Women Investors?

While at dinner the women were talking and the guys were looking at some pictures of crime scenes . one of the guys is in law enforcement in Baltimore . 

I was not at the presentation so this is second hand information but both women say the sales rep said this.

If it were a man with two different women entering his apartment, we wouldn't have this thread.Also, this is a public forum.

I guess this is how pregnant women feel with there odd cravings.
