My belief is that the realized that they had access to the education and to join me in the Partnerships but because they failed, it is embarrassing for them to NOT have made anything close to what we achieved in the last 10 years.

Also, consider making a form email that you can send to a resident whenever they send you a service request letting them know that you have received their request and that if they will please send you an email with as many details as possible about the problem and needed repair you will contact them within xx hours/days to set up an appointment/do a preliminary evaluation.I would encourage you not to feel embarrassed or unprofessional for going into a house YOU OWN to see if you can fix something.
