When they got back to TX, friends asked how it was, was it worth it, holly cow that was so much $ they spent and "Betty-Jean" says with a smile ear-2-ear "it was everything I had hoped it would be.....

It'd just be a shame for you to sell a building and pay tax only to then reinvest your net proceeds after tax in buying your first pieces of investment real estate.
