Her health is OK, but it's going to drop quickly if we don't find a way to get her active and lose some weight. 

In my heart I had felt a strength because I truly believe in pursuing the American dream and in the pursuit of happiness.

Im also trying to be very careful and diplomatic because she is otherwise a dream tenant ( except for issue off course).

Or a PM bizz  etc etc all of these are RE based but you dont need to own any RE per se . when you have investors that are not in the bizz IE not brokers lenders GC's etc etc they to me are true investors and depending on their background and funding ability scaling can be a pipe dream or one can methodically do it in what ever rental props they want to buy..

Its all sell the dream ..

They will get deported and when they do, I guess young Americans will have to work in our factories, fields and housing job sites and give up the dream of being Youtubers while sponging  off their parents till her 38 years old. 

I totally understand the excitement learning and dreaming of becoming rich one day, and you are left to regret that you would have been on top, if you never did the investment. 

Ten acres in Texas with a mobile home to start is a smart way to get your foot in the door while planning for your dream home. 

Later the American dream 40 acres and a large house.
