Why is it that so many General Contractors in the California Bay Area drive vehicles that don't display their contractor license number or business name?

.- If the OP is generally telling the truth, we will expose the syndicator's performance and behavior in threatening and suing their own investor as far and wide as we possibly can.

And if the sponsor truly can't be bothered to answer your questions when they should be on best behavior and are most financially incentivized to do it (when trying to get your money), then they will have even less incentivized to do it, in the future, when there are problems and you have difficult questions to ask them.So personally I would consider that a red flag and move on to a sponsor who communicates reliably and on a timely basis.

Bob went to the extreme extent of actually using an alias of Bob Stevens instead of using his real name, Bob Prisco.We do not need to re-litigate the facts of his behavior and all of the other inconsistencies in his communications.

There are plenty of people that for $100 will use their medical license and type up a letter that their patient needs an ESA.Also, if the ESA exhibits any aggressive behavior it can be removed from the property IMMEDIATELY.

From a plaintiff attorney's perspective that is peculiar behavior and may actually believe you are hiding something.
