Sure, I miss Genesee Beer, the Distillery, Sticky Lips, Amerks games and all the people walking in Brighton on the Sabbath, but juice is worth the squeeze regarding moving from Roch to Raleigh.A few pros:  (1)  Lower State Income taxes, (2)  Healthier and more diverse job opportunities (higher pay and opportunities for advancement as a whole), (3)  BBQ - I won't step foot in my favorite BBQ joint the Dinosaur in Rochester since that Commie George Soros purchased a stake. 

I don't focus on old dinosaur malls.

but hey this is how the kids are doing it these days.. so us ( ME) old dinosaurs will have to adapt at some point or become extinct. ... the one reason I don't like text is its simply too slow... e mail I bang out a cogent message instead of having to be all thumbs and shorthand..

Lenders that require an application fee for any loan most on this board might need are all but going the way of the dinosaur.

I have these old, small dinosaur furnaces in a few of my MF rentals and although I've had to repair two of them the past few years they've worked well - they're older and are so basic = less things break on them.
