It's certainly possible all of those individuals and others are just working on burnishing their interests so people come to them to buy stuff, but in general if you're anywhere reasonably active here without trying to sell people on investing in you, you're not likely to be a pitchman.

Holding company typically if you have multiple companies like a property manager, own property and other businesses. you will end up spending more per year on accounting and state stuff than what you make on your rentals.

Granted, I have a 30-person construction crew,  a designer (my wife, so literally in-house), and a plumbing and electrical company that works on my stuff solely.
