If you're pretty smart with this stuff, I think can definitely make sense for you two to talk with a tax planner.

You can easily hire a maid and a butler that will do all your daily ******** stuff, shopping, etc.

It's certainly possible all of those individuals and others are just working on burnishing their interests so people come to them to buy stuff, but in general if you're anywhere reasonably active here without trying to sell people on investing in you, you're not likely to be a pitchman.  

It's possible that your tenants are using something like that and then bringing the stuff down to dry it.

Best advice: don't get emotional about a deal.Found first deal on MLS, but have found stuff on FB, Nextdoor app, and even yard signs! 

I'm sure there's other stuff you'll want to factor in - what businesses are moving to and from each areas. 

Holding company typically if you have multiple companies like a property manager, own property and other businesses. you will end up spending more per year on accounting and state stuff than what you make on your rentals. 

I might let someone live there for free if they agree to mess with all of the event stuff?
