Can someone recommend any advice on anything (setting up partnership structure, accounting/ setting up a bank account , lending with foreign investors, sourcing deals etc…).

I had to basically start from the beginning again bc the attorney I used for the longest time retired and my original post was basically like starting over--creative financing is foreign to most now.

We will be investing through a US corporation and all partners (and there are many) are foreign nationals so we cannot give any personal guarantee or collateral.

I think the Golden Visa program just had some major changes and foreigners are no longer able to apply through a real estate investment.

I personally open LLCs in the state where my rentals are and foreign register them in CA since I live here.
