When you have employees promoting the platform like it is the best platform ever and free accounting services, it was going to go down sooner or later.Pretty sure their other services are going to go down shortly.Baselane is offering assistance I believe, but they are just like Azibo.

Without getting into the weeds of our conversation, their response was as expected highlighting their service and ability to facilitate a loan.

If you dont have time to do it yourself, you can usually rent the equipment and hire an operator hourly for less than what a full service company will charge you.

Especially for things like population growth/decline, economic trends etc.And what things do you recommend checking when trying to decide whether a location is a good place to invest.

Other KPIs and considerations you should evaluate when talking to any lender who offered private placement of loans/notes are historic default rate, how quickly they can place your funds (do you get preference over their income funds, for example), average interest rate - borrower note rate and what is passed through to you, are loans serviced by a 3rd party servicer or in house.
