This is the forever debate... are gurus worth the money or not?  

No one is debating whether or not it is POSSIBLE to get a deal doing DMM.

Also debating HELOC (more involved but better rate) vs Asset backed LOC (easier but not as attractive rate).

We did just get a fusball table, so that will be added and we were debating turning garage into more of game room with ping pong table.

I’m debating if this is worth it in the long run because If I do then I get them paid off earlier but at the same time I could be using that extra money to expand my portfolio and buy more houses .

I was debating this as well, but since this area is not a really hot market I wasn't sure if starting the price off low would work to create a bidding war or not.
