Damn dood, that friggin sucks.

Not only is the training outstanding but Eddie and his team work tirelessly to put his students in a position where they have all the resources available to be successful.

As long as there are no outstanding repairs, I don't see anything wrong with paying off that loan faster. 

Typically lenders for non recourse require the borrower to have a net worth that is equal or greater to the outstanding loan blance, have at least 1 year reserves for debt service and experience and or a track record.

@Alaas Amour check with city building/rental dept to see if any outstanding permits.

Outstanding mindset & advice!

On 5/15, which is after our official termination date of 5/14, I requested next steps on getting funds and clarification on outstanding accounting items.

However, 1) there are still syndicators producing outstanding returns 2) commercial MF and office space is down significantly.  

If you post a bunch of lies and meritless accusations that are an attack on me and my business, damn right I'm going to threaten you with a lawsuit.
