Each yr we get 2-3 new bed sheet sets and we usually spend about $40 for each set of 500+ thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, so not a bad price for high quality sheets.  

The house was actually occupied by a very sad-looking addict who had made a habit of leaving blood-soaked cotton balls and bandages throughout the house.

When you sound knowledgeable to a technician, it can scare them, because they can't pull the wool over your head so to speak. 

Heck, that's the entire basis of Flipping, but that's not what you're going for.It doesn't raise your rent though, so it's not helping pay the bills yet.Rent is the wool, you can sheer that sheep forever.Equity is the mutton, it's nice, but you only get it once.Note: I'm a complete newbie, and wouldn't be surprised to be told I'm completely wrong.

I feel they have misrepresented many things and keep the wool over your eyes the entire process.
