A financial advisor or real estate pro could help you map it all out more concretely.If I were in your shoes, I'd probably lean towards selling and reinvesting into some more diverse assets, or just more properties, but that's just me.

I’ve heard somethings about putting a lean such as a HELOC on the property and then moving into rate and term refi.

I foolishly told myself they’ll lean the property and I’ll just pay it when I sell it.

Other than the option of one mortgage on 2-4 properties, what else leans you towards MFH vs SFH?

What caused you to (likely) lean that route over all those other options out there?

I think the LLC also makes it easier to open a local bank account, which is convenient to pay utilities or other local bills or your property manager, etc.  

Comfort, convenience and nature. 

I'm not completely foreign to the construction process as I grew up around a family that was involved in home building, but due to living in another state I can't really lean on them for the direct, hands-on guidance.
