And rarely will you net as much or more from an investor than you would from listing with an agent.Interveiw agents commissins are negotiable so negotiate those.. and these are very simple transactions so any competent attorney can reveiw the contract etc..

So they may say 2-3% in the contract but do not be surprised if the buyer wants the seller to pay their broker as well.

I personally put them on a schedule, long term, because I do not have the time to do the work myself and contracting it out all in one shot comes with a large bill.
