I have heard vented units don't dry as effectively but haven't heard any complaints from my tenants and believe the technology continues to improve.

Despite higher interest rate environment, there's reasonable probability inflation will still continue - thus increase hard asset valuation.

Otherwise, why not just start over with a new brand?

Way too many over complicate it.
