Are there any clever financial instruments or maneuvers that could help alleviate this $12k/month interest payment sum? 

Provided I am to report the Airbnb activity on Schedule C, can I use the net loss (from painting, decorating, repairs, purchase of washer, dryer, furniture, bedding, linens, towels, etc) for 2019 on this activity against other active income such as W-2 income?

I first took a National Mentor program, Clever Investor, and it was horrible!

Door lock, detector batteries, other consumables, replacement of damaged or disappearing items like pool towels and linens, replacing blown out screens (I spent over a grand just on screens last year though we did have a freak huge hail storm).

I am not being funny here or "clever".

If you are clever enough to pool together your money (or even none of your money down) to buy the property, then leverage is an even MORE powerful tool.

I'm looking for durable furniture, linens, construction materials, things like that.I have and STR and an MTR and the maintenance things just keep piling up: LVP cracking, paint chipping/peeling/bubbling, walls constantly getting marked up, dining chair bolts coming loose, stains on every piece of cloth and furniture. 

Furniture, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, bath mats, soap dispensers, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, vacuum, a FULLY stocked kitchen, TVs, cable, internet, rugs, outdoor furniture, hot tub (maybe?)
