The problem is that power is somewhat limited in the civilian sphere. 

This summer I decide to leave military and to jump back into the civilian world in the summer of 2019.

In a standalone rental property that isn't inhabited by the landlord, it's much much harder to kick people out. 

I am not in dire need of a paycheck, as II have prepared myself financially for this transition to civilian life for a little while.Thanks for any recommendations, suggestions and am willing to provide any assistance in gaining more knowledge and experience.Much appreciated, Daniel

I got out of the military a few years back so welcome back to being a civilian.

Thankfully everyone got out unharmed, but it looks like the house will need a gut and is inhabitable.

So even though you got the church for no cost, there is no money in making it inhabitable?
