Been doing tons of reading and pod casts.

But like most things you are going to have a ton of beginners listening to someone who is just out to sell guru programs and one size does not fit all in every state.. but one they get a BP pod cast its off to the races.

Hi, can anyone recommend a book, corse or pod cast for str cohosting?

Listen to pod casts, read books/forums, go to meet ups and chat with current investors. 2- Take action.

There are a lot of sketchy people living as roommates, so you want to cast a wide net, screen carefully, and be patient.

How old are they/how much life-span is left, what's replacement costs for that today, then forward cast it, take into account inflation to such costs, now you have your total and a date.

Slowly but surely my eyes are awakening to the many avenues in RE.I suggest ignore the various "cast's" of any kind and start at foundational elements.
