I once lived in a neighborhood where an elderly lady sold chips, candy and soda to the kids from her very messy garage. 

I am ok to burn some calories on an existing project in exchange on all the knowledge and/or partner with someone experienced.Any pointers will be highly appreciated.ThanksDeEpAk

Issue with health food vending is the stock will spoil quicker than say a standard snack and soda vendor.
