It made my account appear closed on my profile page, no threads, nothing appeared even after multiple uninstalls & cache clears

The app may have had some cache problems.

The affordable homes (under $150K at the time) did not lose any value at all and, for certain property types actually appreciated during this time.Like everywhere in Utah, we have low inventory and the market is as "hot" by Cache Valley's provincial standards.  

Suspect browser cache or cookie problems.  

The problem with the SLC lenders is they don't know our northern markets and aren't comfortable enough with the collateral to do these deals.I have someone up in Cache Valley who will fund anything I do including trustee sales after I've coughed up $20K non-refundable at the courthouse steps.
