There are plenty of people looking to deploy cash into real estate but don’t have the knowledge or bandwidth to run a successful flip or BRRRR.

•BRRRR still works, but it’s not what it was 3-4 years ago.

The after-repair value determines if the property is a good BRRRR or flip.

Hi @KeAnna Dakwa,I'd recommend looking into the forums for the BRRRR strategy.

Like there are so many different routes you can take I understand that but I would like to know more about the brrr method and things in general as far as getting started.

Until now I've focused on distressed single-family and small multi-family properties for rehab into rentals (BRRRR).

@Jacob Welbourne were you able to BRRRR the property and pull out your initial investment?

Companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are investing here.I own all my investment properties in Columbus and work with many out-of-state investors from both coasts who love the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities here.

The expense tracker, reports and rental sheets (useful if you are planning to do the BRRRR method and need to calculate 2 different sets of loans).I used to have my own custom spreadsheets that I built but this one does everything mine did plus much more. 

I would then use the line of credit for BRRRR's or fix and flips.
