The first acquisition, according to Santarelli, was Dressbarn, a nationwide retail brand that “we bought,” (37:18).

Also, you have brands like Radio Shack and Dress Barn in your portfolio which are not necessarily expanding brands.

I tend to find my own properties and deal with the realtors directly but having a realtor if you are brand new to the area, is helpful.
