Jackson County TDR is working hard to position our area as a year-round destination, and it is catching on, but I wouldn't count on significant, year-round cash flow from a vacation rental here.

So, starting with a budget, and then narrowing it down to the must haves, then the like to, then any bonuses. 

Of course if you can stay with your parents for another year and save up move money then that is a bonus and buy a multi unit property for your second property where you want to live.
