Dunno, why don't you just tell the broker BEFORE it gets presented that you plan on doing a blind assignment.You know, like disclosure?

Light rehab, paint, blinds, fixtures, and paint cabinets.

Horrible.The REIT is essentially a "blind pool" investment.

A lot of Cali folks focus on the Midwest but don't know the states, towns, or cities, and also don't know anyone so they are flying blind there.

So like if I replace the windows, or renovate a bathroom I write that off but if I buy new blinds for my half I do not write it off.

For assets professionally managed, I just feel like there is a blind spot when it comes to self guided tours. 

If you're in real estate right now and don't get the basis behind owning bitcoin, you must be blind to the fed's manipulation of rates and monetary policy these last ~3 ish years.

So some 2nd were blind sided by the default or foreclosure since they were getting paid all along.

This is the first time I'm attempting this strategy, so I'm kind of flying blind. 

I've seen and heard so much blindly bold and terrible strategy from people who have never done a deal, but just paid someone an ungodly amount of money to teach them a strategy that puts more money in the pocket of their "mentor."
