I said I am not I am the seller... they said you need a lawyer to open escrow I says I the hell don't need any lawyer to help me with a simple sales transaction.. we went back and forth I ended up having to pay a lawyer 500 bucks to basically allow me to close the tansaction its a racket there in Il.
