You’ve actually inspired me to write to my legislator to encourage a stronger protection of those individuals from wholesalers, even if that means banning the practice entirely.   

It's always inspiring to see someone channel their competitive spirit into real estate.

So far no deals closed but this gave me inspiration as to why we have to stick to it, to change people's lives for the better.
