The exterior and common area renovations you're talking about are harder to articulate a return on.

Sounds lazy from all angles to me and its not cool - lol.It's all good and you people just keep on saying it - I can dig it - lol.Mom also used to say the articulation of the English language is a lost art.

You want someone that can 1.) articulate to you what you're signing off on; and 2.) will respond to your agent, everyone involved to get the job done.

@Dan Heuschele Just to clarify my less than articulate point, what I mean to say is if your bank account is stout enough to have that *option* (to put more down to break even) then you’re in a position to make the educated bet on appreciation.
