you're on the hook if you did the loan as an individual in the event of default whether its an LLC or not (absent some anti deficiency states like California).

it doesn't matter who the guru is or what they offer, people will have something to say . most I guess are anti guru.

Its gonna take 50 years until the legislature figures a way to walk back some of these anti landlord laws and get housing numbers back to what it was.

Is powell working for americn interest or not.There are other ways to attack inflation (tariffs, immigration, government spending, wars, anti-china sentiment, etc.).
