I just finished my first BRRRR and that process was a little annoying with creating the scope of work, capturing and uploading receipts, getting a wire to cover the costs, etc.

On a practical note, I find dealing with locks and keys as an annoyance.

I get being annoyed by the constant adding of rules and regulations from the site, it bothers me as well, but frankly, anyone who wasn't already meeting these guidelines with their messaging shouldn't be hosting anyway.

I find this practice annoying when we travel with our dogs. 

I can admit there are likely good reasons for these validations and restrictions for Property management professionals and accounting gurus, but for a small time landlord like myself they come across as annoying.
