Even though there was tile throughout, you can feel the warped particle board underneath.

The floors are made of particle board and if they get wet too much they get soft.  

Are they all wood or particle board? 

My best tip: stay super clean with vacuum and dust mop brigade as any speck or particle will be planted in your poly for life.

I don't imagine the particle board boxes would hold up to renters, but the cabinets do look good.

Also, cabinetry in mobile homes is almost always cheap particle board and usually damaged with doors and drawers falling apart. 

Was weary of the particle board construction.

However, not all cabinets are constructed equally (obviously), and these meet the basics (in my opinion) of a quality cabinet:1) The boxes are plywood, NOT particle board.2) The door rails and stiles, the drawer faces, and the fillers are solid wood (birch, maple, there may be other options), NOT veneer.3) The rails and stiles are mortised, NOT mitered and stapled.

Meaning, made from particle board or MDF?
