I'm subscribed to (what I thought was a magazine that covered more advanced topics) National Real Estate Investor, but they lack a lot of data.

I've worked with quite a few Californians and New Yorkers buying $80k SFH rentals, $150k duplexes, $200k fourplexes, and $7M 160 unit apartments in our area.

They take 1,000 pictures and only one or two make it in the magazine.

Books and magazines I am at least going to open and look at every page to my right, Amazon Prime music streaming my favorite play list over my Echo, and cats more or less subdued... which is strange because their feeding time in only 30 minutes away...I am not proud to say this intimidates me.

However, this experiment in crowd-sourcing has resulted in a sort of local semi-celebrity status, with numerous mentions in area magazines, blogs, and whatnot.

The reason I'm posting this is because they also cleverly started a magazine to serve as a form of marketing for their site.

D- Magazine with an article suggesting that the top end of the MF high end apartment market is in really bad shape from a pricing perspective.I think this is an early sign that we are seeing the end of the boom in Dallas.
