That is a Wordpress blog, and to get your pic to work there, you need an account on a site called Gravatar.com.

I'm setting up my website which uses Wordpress as its blog tool.

So far, I have been writing the post as a Word Document, emailing to my wife for proofreading and editing, and then pasting into WordPress and correcting the formatting.

I may move to widgets on Wordpress or Sqaurespace soon. 

(the templates are customized to your target area and company information).Using Bluehost in combination with Wordpress and a Theme to create your landing pages is another popular way to go.  

Squarespace is the easiest to navigate and manage IMO but lacks some of the control and scalability of platforms like Wordpress.

They do have wordpress sites and templates I can purchase.

I've always used wordpress for all the sites I've done, not too familiar with some of the others.
