You are in Blenheim area which is trending up but not as nice as Troost or West.

I know one person that did this recently and was able to negotiate no money down and 12% over 5 years but this was probably in the mid west.

Looking to see how I can tell if a vacant lot/land is allowed for a single family home (SFH) or duplex to be built on it.The area is West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft.

I work extensively funding deals for flippers in KC  Toledo  Cleveland Baltimore city and a few other markets in mid west..

In rural Ohio ponds are required every so many feet when fire hydrants aren't available. good luck building ponds on the west coast..you need water rights for those ..

I've never felt unsafe, but I hear the danger is mostly around West Rogers Park, and I'm East Rogers Park.
