I Would love to hear peoples experiences of renting a room in Vegas, what sites people used and what to look for when accepting a potential house mate?

We just had lunch with a small business owner couple from Las Vegas who moved here because they liked Waco so much more than Vegas for raising their kids.

Heck go to the casino and put it on roulette wheel of black or red. 

My target as of now is the general Las Vegas area.

which was very common say in Vegas and Phoenix in the day... full amount owed lets say was 500k... but bank drops opening bid to 250k and it sells 3P.... for say 275k  who is entitled to that 25k overage...
