You will have to touch up the finish on those areas.But @JD Martin is right.

Everything went well thus far, they did the home inspection and we agreed to do all the minor touchups and stuff on the report.

Agreeing with @Jordan Moorhead , there are easily 15 duplexes for sale in that area, 5 of which are nice enough to require minimal touchups.

Numbers: House #1 is rented for $1,000 (under market value),  House #2 is turn key - just needs millings/gravel driveway replaced and a few touch ups that should rent for approx. $1,400.

For example, say an investor/landlord has multiple multi-unit properties and does a bulk purchase of paint to touch up or update their units.

Most all painting other than occasional HOA touch ups (for example, spent about an hour letting my kids repaint mail box posts)8.

Trust me, it will show much better when they leave and you have gone in to touch up paint and clean the place.

If  I am fortunate enough to get it rented before the old party moves, I always allow a week for inspection and any minor touch ups. 

It is a 2 bd 2 bth that needed some touch up work.I'll be sure to pass on any deals I think might be of interest.

There will be a little bit of touch up work needed to cover and repaint nail holes in the walls (she did the place out really nicely but there are a lot of pictures and decor up on the walls)  Other than that there is no damage that I saw when I had to go in a couple of weeks ago to repair a leaky toilet valve.My question is this.
