The values in GP are 300-400K.They tried to get businesses going around the stadium before the Olympics in '96, but it never took off, because only during Braves games is when there were customers - so, who can survive that way?

I spend all my time in commercial and my ability to assess a residential property is about the same as my ability to assess the tea leave market in Tokyo...I could make some general assumptions based on investing principles but assumptions are all they are.

So with the Japanese investor, assuming would want to live anywhere in the world, it might make more sense to have a penthouse apartment in Manhattan over one in Tokyo, or to have a vacation home on US lakefront property over a villa in Italy. 

Do you think that earning a Bronze medal in they Olympics is good?

I was living on Palm beach county for several years prior to being deployed to Italy and Japan.Ironically I was in Naples Italy another big Navy townI'm assigned to the Embassy and have been living in Tokyo for almost 4 years now.

Grey or tan are colors I usually stick to and I prefer Olympic one for interior paint.
