The values in GP are 300-400K.They tried to get businesses going around the stadium before the Olympics in '96, but it never took off, because only during Braves games is when there were customers - so, who can survive that way?

So with the Japanese investor, assuming would want to live anywhere in the world, it might make more sense to have a penthouse apartment in Manhattan over one in Tokyo, or to have a vacation home on US lakefront property over a villa in Italy.

I was living on Palm beach county for several years prior to being deployed to Italy and Japan.Ironically I was in Naples Italy another big Navy townI'm assigned to the Embassy and have been living in Tokyo for almost 4 years now.
