I lived across the street from our municpal judge and asked him about it, he said sometimes you have to get things done on your own toughness.I let it be known at work and some pilots agreed to look for him as a training mission, flying search and rescue patterns, tha is a valid training mission.

Hi @Thai Foo  I am not in the loan business, but I think that was under the original program.  

I have a friend who owns several SFH in Japan, but you don't "really" own them unless you own the land - which is another can of worms.I have several colleagues who are married to Thai women and they seem to have good luck buying personal residences.

It took about 4 mo to get it and of course she didn't pay anything that entire time so now her balance owed is another 4k+.
