Baldwin County has two main areas that I would look into:Daphne-Spanish Fort-Fairhope areas and the beach areas of Gulf Shores and Orange BeachThere are also multiple areas of Mobile that make for great appreciation plays:Spring Hill, 36608MidtownWest MobileSaraland is right outside of Mobile and is growing rapidly as well

That's not my cup of tea and also very risky and capex may exceed cash flow if you don't spend enough on rehab up front.My last few personal purchases all involved circumstances that gave me an edge: at this point I look for properties that need minimal work: instead of a 6 months rehab, I already get 5 months of rent.
