Hi everyone, I am an undergraduate student from Singapore and I am relatively new to real estate investing (I have only been reading real-estate/business books and listening to biggerpockets podcast for the past one month) and I would like to ask for your opinion on the feasibility of doing a long-distance real estate investing for a newbie's first property.

MLS and if you want to do a buyers broker arrangement a broker may bring you fsbo as wellthey just want to get paid for their efforts.. they will go the inspections for you.there are many great brokers who will do this.My wife is selling one right now for a lady in Singapore..

All the other cities I've lived in (Brisbane, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore) you can't get within 10 miles of the city if you're not prepared to pay a huge premium and the previously dodgy areas have been gentrified.

I would take one of the cruises that starts in Athens or Istanbul and ends up in Singapore... catching the holy land suez canal arab emertis few stops in India Sri Lanka then over to Thailand and end up in Singapore.. then from there fly to Sydney and take a reposition cruze back to San Deigo via south pacific route or over to south America.
