Actually #8 looks more like a mountain peak than a roof peak.Number #1 reminds me of the Sheraton logo which you do not want people to do.

Look at Jersey City, NJ...Via PATH train, its a 15 minute commute to downtown WTC area and 25-30 minutes to Midtown, Penn Station area.  

The next meeting is this Thursday at 6pm at the Sheraton Tysons Corner.

I know this isn't enough info because you would need location wtc but on a relative basis to the rental in the same town, how would you approach the negotiation?

@Elisha Freedman, the meeting is 5:30-9 at the Four Points Sheraton on Research Parkway in Meriden.

Newark, Lyndhurst i looked at, but my Greenville multifamily rents way more than anything close to the Path in Newark, since JC is about 10-20mins from the WTC, can see it from the roof..Id look into edgewater luxury developments too as they are building a ton there, but i know thats not really for biggerpockets investors and theres probably no CF at all, but one realtor told me sqft avg prices will be around $1000 there soon, this was in the Avora building.

Today (sun)we took the free ride from Sheraton & saw alot, but had plan on coming back next year to do more & stay a few additional days after Summit in 2013.
