So, I invested and the vision/execution is good to where they were just in the past 20yrs.

Excellent points about checking the different documents and thinking of a Plan B (just in case).

@Justin Smith Your best advice was given by @Theresa Harris and @Nathan Gesner.The tenant has to call the cops and report the noise disturbance.
